3. 投標人資格要求
投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:要求制造商類似供貨經(jīng)驗，通過ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認證或同等質(zhì)量體系的認證，具備良好的市場信譽、擁有完備的國內(nèi)售后服務(wù)和技術(shù)支持。
投標人近兩年內(nèi)在全球范圍有銷售與本次投標設(shè)備相同型號的相同設(shè)備或者相同設(shè)備不同型號，但其各項主要技術(shù)指標要等同于或優(yōu)于本次投標的設(shè)備，提供用戶清單，作為投標文件的附件。
如果投標人按照合同提供的貨物不是投標人自己制造的，投標人應(yīng)得到貨物制造商同意其在本次投標中提供該貨物的正式授權(quán)書原件，授權(quán)書必須打印，不得手寫。且代理商僅允許一級代理。
投標人必須于投標截止期前在中國國際招標（http://www.chinabidding.com）上注冊，注冊成功后還必須通過網(wǎng)站的驗證。否則，投標人將不能有效地進入招標程序，由此產(chǎn)生的后果將由投標人自己負責(zé)。
