3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:要求制造商類似供貨經(jīng)驗，通過ISO9001質量體系認證或同等質量體系的認證，具備良好的市場信譽、擁有完備的售后服務和技術支持能力。
投標人近三年內在全球范圍有銷售與本次投標設備相同型號的相同設備或者相同設備不同型號，但其各項主要技術指標要等同于或優(yōu)于本次投標的設備，提供用戶清單，作為投標文件的附件。
如果投標人按照合同提供的貨物不是投標人自己制造的，投標人應得到貨物制造商同意其在本次投標中提供該貨物的正式授權書原件，授權書必須打印，不得手寫。且代理商僅允許一級代理。
投標人必須于投標截止期前在中國國際招標網(wǎng)（http://www.chinabidding.com）上注冊，注冊成功后還必須通過網(wǎng)站的驗證。否則，投標人將不能有效地進入招標程序，由此產生的后果將由投標人自己負責。

If the bidder in accordance with the contract to provide the goods is not of their own making, the bidder shall be the manufacturer agrees to provide the original of the goods of the formal authorization in the tender, letter of authorization shall be printed or handwritten.
The bidder must be before the deadline for submission of bids in the China International Bidding net (http://www.chinabidding.com) registration, after successful registration, must still pass the site verification. Otherwise, the bidder will not be able to effectively enter the bidding process, all the consequences arising therefrom shall be responsible for their own.
