3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):要求制造商類似供貨經(jīng)驗(yàn)，通過(guò)ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證或同等質(zhì)量體系的認(rèn)證，具備良好的市場(chǎng)信譽(yù)、擁有完備的國(guó)內(nèi)售后服務(wù)和技術(shù)支持。
投標(biāo)人近三年內(nèi)在全球范圍有銷售與本次投標(biāo)設(shè)備相同型號(hào)的相同設(shè)備或者相同設(shè)備不同型號(hào)，但其各項(xiàng)主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)要等同于或優(yōu)于本次投標(biāo)的設(shè)備，提供用戶清單，作為投標(biāo)文件的附件。
如果投標(biāo)人按照合同提供的貨物不是投標(biāo)人自己制造的，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到貨物制造商同意其在本次投標(biāo)中提供該貨物的正式授權(quán)書(shū)原件，授權(quán)書(shū)必須打印，不得手寫(xiě)。且代理商僅允許一級(jí)代理。
投標(biāo)人必須于投標(biāo)截止期前在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)（http://www.chinabidding.com）上注冊(cè)，注冊(cè)成功后還必須通過(guò)網(wǎng)站的驗(yàn)證。否則，投標(biāo)人將不能有效地進(jìn)入招標(biāo)程序，由此產(chǎn)生的后果將由投標(biāo)人自己負(fù)責(zé)。

The qualification and performance requirements: have similar manufacturing or supply experiences, obtained ISO9001 quality certificate or equivalent quality system certification, has a good reputation in the market, have a complete support after sale service and technical support.
In recent three years, the world has the same equipment sales and the bidding equipmentof the same type or the same equipment of different models, but its main technical indicatorsshould be equal to or better than the tender of equipment, provide the user list, as of the bidding documents attached.
If the bidder in accordance with the contract to provide the goods is not of their own making,the bidder shall be the manufacturer agrees to provide the original of the goods of the formalauthorization in the tender, letter of authorization shall be printed or handwritten.
The bidder must be before the deadline for submission of bids in the China International Bidding net (http://www.chinabidding.com) registration, after successful registration, must still pass the site verification. Otherwise, the bidder will not be able to effectively enter the bidding process, all the consequences arising therefrom shall be responsible for their own.
